Look out the window over the Atlantic or the 18-hole, award-winning golf course. The room designs are somewhat muted, and clearly colonial in inspiration. What they lack in modernity, they make up for (in spades) with charm.
The resort boasts ten restaurants and bars. Options range from the British pub-inspired Cellar and the Italian country Bacci, to the breezy Ocean Club and ultra-kicked-back Cabana Bar & Grill.
Get wet inside at the 31,000-sq.-ft. spa, or outside in either the pool, or the clear ocean. Take a PADI lesson, or choose to stay above with a snorkel. Kids are kept active for as long as parents want (or need) at the Explorer's Camp.
