Casa de Uco boasts a roster of just 21 rooms and suites. Each shares a bright, modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows affording panoramic views of the Andes and Uco Valley. Elsewhere, a number of secluded bungalows are nestled inside the vineyard away from the resort, offering a spacious outdoor terrace and garden, as well as the utmost in privacy.

Farm-to-table dining forms the central philosophy of Casa de Uco’s magnificent dining offering. The resort’s executive chefs have crafted a menu heavy in seasonal ingredients grown directly in the organic vegetable garden. It goes without saying there’s always a glass of wine close at hand, with the resort’s expert sommelier curating a selection of the region’s best wines.
