Book early to experience NINE, an intimate underground dining experience that only seats 12 at a time.
For lovers of wine, luxury, and cuisine, the Tower Lodge is the place to be. Tucked in a vineyard in one of Australia's most notable wine regions, the low-rise Spanish Mission-style building offers only 12 suites, featuring polished timber floors, antique furnishings, music systems, and double-spa baths. Some have wood-burning fireplaces or private courtyards.

A destination in itself, the award-winning Roberts Restaurant serves Australian contemporary cuisine. Or dine in the Lodge's intimate dining room, Nine, which seats up to 16 or as few as two.

Curl up with a book in the library. Play a round at The Dinks, Tower Lodge's challenging 18-hole putting course. Or stretch your legs - there's a walking track around the Estate. And when the sun starts to set, check out the extensive cellar in the lounge, where you can try numerous Australian wines, including, of course, those from the Tower Estate.
